Ideally, boutonnieres should be kept under refrigeration (NOT IN THE FREEZER) until just before your event. Because they will arrive in little tubes that will keep them hydrated refrigeration isn't as critical; however, once they are attached to the wearer, they do not have a water source and should not be expected to look good the following day.
